| How does spyware get on my computer? |

| Spyware can get installed from a variety of places, but most notably through ActiveX channels using Internet Explorer. Simply put, spyware is often installed through sneaky backdoors by browsing the internet from certain sites.
Sometimes spyware and popups come from downloading free software items such as smileys, games, screensavers and other freebies. These programs are known as adware which will target your computer with advertising popup messages.

| Does Whizzo work with Norton/McAfee products? |
|

| Whizzo CleanSuite is a complete suite of system tools including an antivirus and firewall program. It can completely replace Norton Internet Security or McAfee security products. If you currently have Norton Internet Security or McAfee products installed on your system, it is recommended to uncheck Viricide and Internet Safe when installing Whizzo CleanSuite.
If you would prefer to use Whizzo CleanSuite instead of Norton or McAfee products, it is recommended that you first uninstall the undesired programs instead.
It is never recommended that more than 1 virus scanner and more than 1 firewall are installed at the same time. |

| When Whizzo CleanSuite begins the installation process, the user can select which programs to install or exclude from the program. If you do not want to install Internet Safe with the Whizzo CleanSuite, simply uncheck this item from the list of programs to install. |

| How do I download the software? |

| The trial version of Whizzo CleanSuite can be downloaded directly from the Whizzo homepage. You will be prompted to log in to your Whizzo account. Once logged in, you can download the software from any of the Free Trial buttons. If you decide to purchase the software a download link will be provided to you by email after the product is purchased. Just click the link in the email we send and the software will begin to download. |

| If you did not receive an email from us after purchasing the software the first thing you should do is check your spam folder to see if your email client blocked or filtered our email. Your personal data will remain the same, but system changes are undone.
